We rented an 8 passenger van from Enterprise in Miami. The customer service was outsanding. However, we weren't given any instructions about the operation of the van, specifically how to operate the cruise control, the air conditioning system, how to set the air on outside air only, and how to operate the adjustments of the seats. There wasn't any written information in the car, so this instruction would have been quite valuable.
