Horrible/Nightmare Experience: Left my jacket (with car keys in it) in my rental car and did not notice it until I landed on a Plane in Boston 4 hours later. Ive called National rental car company about 80 times and nobody has been able to help me find my jacket and keys. I'm sure this happens often and the process they have for returning items to customers and communicating with them is very poor in my opinion. I understand it was my mistake, but it ended up costing me over $700 to fix this as I had to get new car keys made for my car.
