I was referred to Akins by a Trailer manufacturer because I was not satisfied with the dealer in my area. It says a lot about a dealer when the manufacturer sends you to a specific one. I was very specific on the floor plan of my new LQ. Thad was just becoming a Merhow dealer. I had 10 thousand questions and Thad arranged a 3 way call with Merhow so we were both able to learn from my questions. I selected a Harmar interior and ?Randy? from Harmar called to clarify exactly how I wanted some things done on the interior. Between Akins (Thad and Rochelle), Merhow and Harmar, I cannot say enough great things. I have previously purchased new cars and a couple new horse trailers and have never received the customer service that I received while buying this one. Thad truly wanted everything to be perfect. He never tired of my questions (or at least he never showed it). My trailer came and it was EXACTLY as I expected and hoped for. It pulls like a dream and I am absolutely in love with it. I would refer and have referred anyone and everyone to Akins Trailer Sales. I live near Graham, Washington and it was so worth the 5 hour trip all the way to Harrisburg, Oregon.
