A big problem was discovered by the technician who inspected my heating/cooling system.... and it Wasn't the fault of your company. It was the fault of a roofing company! The greatest thing? Your technician not only discovered, took pictures of the problem and sent them to my daughter and me via cellphone.... He called his supervisor to ask permission to correct the problem - the answer was Yes --- Problem Solved !!!!! (roofing company already contacted about this...!) Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, etc., etc., I cannot say enough GOOD things about the experience! Kudos!!!
