Larry King of Divorce Resolutions is very knowable and has a vast experience in Divorce Mediation. He has done thousands of mediations. He is not totally impartial and based on my experience interjected his own views which influenced the documents that he created. He will be ever so gradual on his influence but know that he makes decisions based on what he feels is right. From the Father perspective he caused issues to surfaces later where the children are impacted extensively. I would suggest using extreme caution if using him for your divorce. The system leans towards favoring the wife/mom and that would be accurate where the husband makes all the money and the wife is a stay-at home mom. But that is not true as much today as many years past. Larry also leans to favoring the wife/mom even if the earning capacity is close. Ask him of the tens of thousands of mediations with children how many fathers were listed to have 183 days of overnight of the children and the mother listed at 182 days.
