I had a bad experience. Call and scheduled my appointment and confirmed. On day of every confirmed appointment, no call no show, they had over looked the appointment or had to reschedule. It took about 3 months of reschedule to finally have my HVAC system check. I was told my system needed major repair. I call Christianson Air Conditioning and was told by them all it needed was a cleaning. Will not be referring Elmer's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning to any of my clients moving forward.
