After repeat reschedule and no shows 3+ and going 2 weeks with no AC in the summer with our house at over 90 degrees we decided to switch to John Wayne. We got better service (same day) and were taken care of immediately. With One Time Elmer we had NO service, NO anything. It was the worst experience we have ever had with a company.
