liars and thieves. i was told by a local mechanic that i needed a new cat conververter but didn't have the 400.00 cash. my daughter has a firestone credit card so i went there and was told they would replace the entire exhaust from the manifold back for 1576.00 and i would never have a problem again. taking them at their word, i agreed. 5 weeks later my check engine light comes on and the mechanic says it's the cat converter again. i go back to firestone and they say that i have 2 cat conv's and it's now the 1 after the manifold. the original replacement was supposed to be from the manifold back and now they claim they only replaced from the 1st cat back and that's all i paid for. now they said they will do me a favor and charge me only another 600.00 to finish the job i already paid for. do not do business with these scam artists.
