We started at Educational Playcare Simsbury when the doors first opened seven years ago. Both of our children went to Educational Playcare full-time. We liked that many of the teachers were long-term, some having each of our children at some point in time. This speaks to the quality of the facility and specifically, to the management. I understand high turnover is inherent in the daycare and early education industry and longevity tells the customers that the employees are treated well, which means, in turn our children are treated well. While our children are no longer at Educational Playcare on a daily basis, I have very much appreciated that the doors are always open when we need it: snow days, early morning drop-offs. And the smiles are always sparkling! We are extremely grateful for our experience and the open door policy!
