We rented a SUV from Alamo for the first time last week. The last two times we've rented from another place and it was a big hassle. We had to argue with them about the car. They lied to us about the class of the SUV and made us pay more for the SUV that I reserved. It took at least 30-45 minutes before we got the car. \r

Well, renting from Alamo was just the opposite. We walked up to the counter, gave them our licenses, and got the SUV we reserved. We were on our way in about 10 minutes. I WILL rent from Alamo again!
