Frustrated customer who was told that the service dept fixed the problem. As I drove off the lot I immediately noticed the "repair" did not fix the issue . Returned back to the service dept and once again had the mechanic ride along to verify the problem. After the 2nd repair supposedly corrected the problem, drove off the lot to once again find it had not been corrected. Why tell the customer it is fixed when it isn't . Unfortunately this is the second time I have run into this situation with them.
