I felt that I was charged the maximum because I was in a bind, and really had no choice but to pay the $177.00 for the fuse. I realize the fuse was only $17 but a diagnostic??? The last time I had one there was no charge at Sears. It worked and then my car overheated and I brought it back and nothing was done and it hasn't overheated since (a couple of weeks).
I understand you are running a business for profit but I just felt like I was overcharged but was not able to do anything about it.
