The prices are okay. I wish they could be better because their used parts are often cheaper than the new ones. At the end of the day, you look at the price and you often pay more for an old part than a new one. It's a matter of convenience. Coming from a wrecking yard, it should be way cheaper because it's used, but that isn't the case. They're competing against online pricing, which is better and has free shipping and a lot of customers don't want used parts because they can get new ones for cheaper online. A lot of customers are turned off by the parts and will decide to do things themselves. As a business, we've lost customers over this because customers will decide to go somewhere else with cheaper parts.
