Russ was great. He communicated to me when he would arrive and arrived on time. He was efficient and made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge of flooring. My carpet had big waves in it from previous improper installation and the carpet was inexpensive, so I really didn't think it would look this good. I am more than pleased with the result and highly recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair.
