Just installed a new system last June, everything was working properly after installation, until I turned on my heat 5 months later. I have a complicated system where the heat pump is primary and when that no longer is efficient due to the temperature drop, the system automatically switches to the oil burner. That was not happening due to incorrect wiring. The tech found the problem right a way, and corrected the issues.
