I needed a last minute rental car for my job due to car breakdown and Ian was so helpful in giving me information and discounts. Ian also had a great follow through as he made sure i get the right car and information. I arrived on a sunday to pick up the car and patty was so helpful and kind in answering all questions. She also works really fast in getting the needed info and i was on my way without any hiccups.
