Mike responded quickly and within minutes determined why our water meter reading was so high: the water pressure reducing valve had broken and water was spraying out of it into the crawl space. Mike called his shop and someone rushed to a store to get the part we needed (it was nearly closing time) and delivered the part to our house. Mike crawled under the house to switch out the broken part for the new part. What a relief! He worked late to take care of us.
