Visiting the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do but my experience today was by far a great experience. I came in to have a chipped tooth repaired and I was stressing over it.
It all started when I called to make my appointment. It was refreshing to have a NICE person on the other end of the phone. If I had encountered a rude person I would not have made the appointment. So my first impression was great. Then on my way to the appointment I was stuck in traffic and called the office thinking I was going to have to reschedule and was told, not to worry. My office experience with the front desk staff, Dr Vanover and his assistant was overall a wonderful experience. I made a follow-up appointment for my annual exam and cleaning, which I don't normally do unless I feel very comfortable, which I did. Thank you Dr Vanover and your staff for making my visit today stress free.
