The people at Cover-Rite Carpets recognize me when I walk in the door, which I really appreciate. I've gone there a few times over the past year to get my rugs cleaned, and had them out to my house to clean my carpets a couple of times now. They've done a real good job with everything. Their service is very good, and they always get all the stains out. Their pricing is fair, they're on time, and they're respectful of my house when they're here, always cleaning up before they leave. Everyone there is courteous and professional, and I've enjoyed my experience so much I'm considering using them to switch to hardwood floors in the future.
