I was in COSTCO and saw a brochure for home storage projects built by Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. I have been thinking about redoing a number of areas of my home since my son is finally moving out and I can now really make the place my own. I called Closet Factory and then got a confirming call from Mark Sidell. He came to the house and got right to work. Even though he came with lots of really great ideas for the best way to build custom solutions for each of the 3 closets he really involved me in the process. It was actually a lot of fun and I learned a lot as well. Mark is a super nice guy and very professional. He knew exactly what would work for me and I can't thank him enough for taking the time and making it a pleasure to have the work done. I also wanted to compliment Al my Installer. He is top-notch in my book and not only did beautiful work but did not leave a mess for me to clean up. And lastly, thank you Mark for the Gift Basket full of really cool stuff!
