We had moved to Florida from the San Jose area and purchased a home in Parkland, FL. My wife and I visited the Closet Factory Showroom in Fort Lauderdale on Powerline Road and were immediately impressed by what we saw there and our Designer, Mark Sidell. Boy does he know his stuff. Better still he was a real pleasure to work with. Mark juggled his schedule to make time for us the day after we met and he got right to work designing just the right solutions for each of the project spaces we presented him with. We were interested in having Mark help us with the closets but when we saw the Murphy Beds in the Showroom and understood the quality that goes into building them we knew that the guest bedroom needed his help as well. At the bottom of Mark's emails is a tag line that says, ""You're going to love what we design together!"", and that is really very true. The three of us spent all the time necessary developing designs and then improving them until they were exactly what was needed to maximize the spaces with just the right look that made both my wife and I happy. A+ for process, A+ for build quality, and A+++ for how Mark managed the process from the moment we met until he delivered the very thoughtful gift basket that his wife makes for all new Clients. We would certainly recommend Mark to anyone wanting to have great work done by a a really terrific team at Closet Factory....definitely ask for Mark!\r
