It has been a real pleasure working with Mark Sidell from Closet Factory. We Google'd professionals focusing on building custom wood cabinets and one of the top results was Mark Sidell listed on Houzz.com. We were convinced that he would be a good match for us and for our project, but still we selected several other local companies as well to compare. The reason we liked Mark was because he was on Houzz.com's national Recommended list and he was also listed as an Industry Influencer. After the first round of meeting and speaking with each of the vendor candidates we very quickly selected Mark and Closet Factory to do the work. Others appeared to be in over their heads or bid so low that we were sure that we wouldn't get the high quality result we had to have. Turns out we made a very wise choice. We had a very tough project and were looking for someone who could design around some real problems...mostly space. In a high-rise condominium there simply isn't any so the design had to be perfect. We were adding Amenity Stations holding cold towels for our residents during their workouts on 2 of our 42 floors. Mark not only came up with a very effective design, but he also added a hamper in a space we thought would never allow for it. Best of all, the guys in the Closet Factory shop hand stained the wood facade to exactly match the existing woodwork throughout the building. We were so pleased with the final result because it looks like it had been built with the original building. From the beginning of the project when Mark made his initial presentation until the final follow-up Mark was a real Pro and a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for all your help Mark. We can't wait to have you complete the work on our next project which is the Building Engineer's Work Shop. Your design promises to make this space very much more productive and the organization will surely help everyone using this room now and in the future to manage all the critical processes and pieces and parts we need to run our operation.
