Quarterly plan. Our plan is in the end of each three months yet I receive a card for the first Friday of the three months which is less than three months. I called to change it to the beginning of the next month which seems to be how your system works and the employee said it could not be done. So I have to call each quarter to move the date back so it is three months apart?
Mole removal. We had traps set one and a half years ago and boarded our dog at considerable expense and one mole was trapped. I was told by the owner they would come back at no charge when it was convenient. My dog died and I called to get the mole removal service. The owner said he would not honor the no charge but would take $100 off and charge$150.
Pierre was very nice and placed a lot of traps which produced no moles. He came back and left bait. There is still one trap left in my backyard. What is the follow up to check and see if more bait is needed. I understand all the rain has been an issue.
I do need ant control again as the cracks in my concrete tennis court and yard are over run with ants.
