Polite young men and very professional. Andrew explained everything to me although I only understood about half of it. I do appreciate keeping me informed. We did have some problems with the furnace which I suspected and he was able to fix everything. I am aware that our air conditioning unit is old and will eventually have to be replaced. I would highly recommend both gentlemen to anyone I know who needs work on their units. Thanks for hiring great people.
