We gutted our new home and also built an addition so we spent a great deal of time selecting and working with contractors. We can't say enough about our experience with Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. We are COSTCO members and know the value of COSTCO's buying power to provide us with really high quality service providers whom they have completely vetted and negotiated terrific prices for us. We want to thank Mark for his kindness and expertise in helping us to design our 2 Master Closets and our 2 Master Bathroom linen closets. They all came out absolutely beautifully and are exactly what we needed to keep our things in each space perfectly organized. The Closet Factory Installers (Juan and Alberto) were totally professional and very courteous. They were also able to complete the work in just one full day rather than the 2 days that we originally were expecting. Of course Mark came to visit after the work was completed to inspect and make sure everything was perfect. It was a really pleasant surprise when he showed up with a very nice gift basket full of delicious goodies and thoughtful things even including a little pet toy for our cat Gracie.
