Great customer service and amazing work! I went in with a quarter size rock chip in my window, Ted was very honest with me about what could happen with that big of a crack. I personally didn't want to spent $210 on a new window right now so I decided to have him try and fill the crack. My schedule is pretty right and I could not do it that day but was told I could come back the next day on my lunch (pray it wasn't too cold of a night to crack my window more) I came back the next day on my lunch and 1) he was able to get it done in a timely manner 2) he was able to fill it and not crack my window so I didn't have to buy a new one. I will eventually have to replace it but his repair bought me time and you can hardly tell where the crack is.
