I must say that I love Clyde S. Walton. I have been with this company for over 25 years. Last week when I went to take a shower and had no hot water and had to call for an emergency appointment. The service department employees were very kind and courteous and got someone to come out that morning as soon as they could. My technician was Jason and he was right on time. Jason was very kind and courteous as well as thorough when diagnosing the problem with my heater. Jason did a very nice job with cleaning the heater and having someone from sales call me right away to discuss new heater options. I am and have been very pleased with Waltons employees and have no desire to use any other company. Thank you for your prompt and excellent service.
