My issue with Diffee Motor Cars would be their lack of concern. I was looking to purchase a truck, and I had noticed some issues with the one I was interested in. When I pointed them out, the salesman didn't seem too concerned about addressing the issue or finding ways to resolve it. I was worn out from my search so I went ahead and made the purchase anyways. Since then, I have noticed that the disc player doesn't work, and that there are also issues with the line-in and tires. Purchasing a vehicle is already expensive in itself, and on top of that I now have to pay for added repairs. RESPONSE FROM Diffee Motor Cars South: Dear Lance, we had no idea you were having any problems. My sales rep spent a lot of time to make sure your issues at the time of sale were addressed. We wish you would have told you us you had these issues later so we could have addressed them. As you can see with our fifty plus positive reviews on this site alone we always try to make our customers feel well taken care of. We appreciate your feedback, since we are always trying to improve our customer service. more
