Once again, I requested a service to be performed and Bob w/ Scott's recommended an alternative approach that saved me money (and was actually safer overall for operation). I will continue to bring my vehicles to Scotts (and recommend them to everyone I know) because of their honesty and straight-forward approach. Because they are honest and want to genuinely do the right thing and are not greedy, I will be a lifelong customer and do all of my maintenance with this business.
