I have just recently started my insurance with State Farm after being with another provider. I am happy I chose to come to Scott Richter's office. The help has been very pleasant and there is always someone there to assist with my insurance needs. The experience I've had thus far has been awesome! On 09/11/2015 I was in a car accident down the street from the office. I called for my insurance cards but in return I received much more assistance. Scott came out to help me out and let me know step by step on what to do next and what to expect. The process was smooth and painless. This is one of the many reasons why I chose this office and definitely not planning on leaving. They are great!
