Dennis correctly diagnosed the dissettling baffling noise in the engine of my car and arranged for its repair under warranty wthin a couple of hours . Dan cheerfully and efficiently removed and reinstalled the cooling fan! Mystery solved and I can travel to Glens Falls tomorrow to volunteer at the NYS Special Olympics Fall Games. Thanks, guys
