My sister buried her husband October 9 and her Ac went out the same day. Alfredo Martinez, wonderful service tech, gave her the bad news and options to choose from. He found out her husband was a veteran and offered her a 5% discount. When he found out her husband had just been buried the day before, he went above and beyond, called his supervisor.
