The price was reasonable, and the other hotels in the same price range had worse reviews, so I called direct and reserved a room. We arrived late and tired. The front desk person smiled and was pleasant - we had an extra person and requested a cot. He upgraded us to a three bed suite at a very minimal additional cost. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and friendly. We all woke up refreshed, my son swam in the pool, we ate the continental breakfast which was adequate. We had a nice chat with the owner, and I was relieved to have picked a decent hotel with a reasonable rate. If out this way again, I would stay here again.
