can't believe this place is rated at a 81% more like a 41% if you ask me. Honestly the only person who was of a help here was Angela and some what Patricia. When I first moved into this apartment there we're roaches just hanging out in the apartment, the tub was disgusting, it looked like someone slept in there for years and actually forgot to take a shower, it was just plain dirty and filthy. It got resurfaced, it was a decent job. There was mold under the bathroom sink, stained mirrors, damaged shelving and a dirty stove. My front door has a big crack in it, I've been asking since day one for it to be replaced, it has not, although, I've been told that it would be replaced many times. The counters we're stained and poorly taken care of. The rent here is definitely not worth the price, $710 for an renovated apartment. I've had two work orders taken care of, other work orders that I have put in, have been completely ignored every time. My last apartment in phoenix was $595 a month including water, trash, gym and laundry card of 5 dollars. Here upon move in there is a $35 gate card fee, $25 laundry card fee, $50 gym fee, after apartment deposit, they check your history then ask for more money, I forgot what the fee is called, but it's non sense. They are not organized at all, my very first month of rent due here I was given a call saying that I had a balance of $285, which I paid all of my rent before it was even due. I can tell that this complex is a little out dated, but what I think would make it better is......better management, people that actually care about any of the issues you have in the apartment. I have taken many pictures of problems of this apartment when I moved in here. I would not recommend anyone to move here, I say keep your money and move else where, I'm more than positive that there are many better apartments around the same price or less that will blow this complex out of the water!
