Blair came at the appointed time and went to work diagnosing the problem. Within a few minutes he gave me my options. I went with a new opener and redoing the wheels, springs, and wiring. Within a few hours everything was completed and the garage cleaned up. I have already recommended Girard(and Blair) to a neighbor.
