The entire experience was delightful. All calls/questions promptly answered. The front office staff are by far the most professional /pleasant woman we have worked with. When making a large purchase such as a whole-house generator, it was comforting to see how knowledgable the staff was about the unit we purchased. There were no surprises; the process went as explained in -person and in the contract. All the people who came to the office from sales through installation, subcontractors and testing were very reliable, neat, personable, proficient. Highly recommend. Now we just want the power to go out for a little bit so we can see it in action. :)
