The vehicle I used to pick up the serviced car has 2 new huge dents in the door (probably because I complained about lack of snow removal) also, (supposedly new synthetic oil is murky and smells well used. How do you rotate tires without smudging dirt on rims? I doubt the even touched the vehicle. Unbelievable! Criminal!
