Recently I had my travel trailer (Outback 312bh) in for service at Reines. Luckily my cracked gray water tank was covered under my extended warranty (although shipping of the part was not covered... and they don't tell you that when you buy the extended warranty). Anyway, I picked up the camper, brought it home, and we decided to wash it. After extending the awning, I notice it was torn pretty badly and the awning housing had been cracked. It was certainly not brought to Reines in that condition. I immediately sent some photos in an email to my service advisory at Reines. After two days I followed up and he got back to me saying the service manager was getting involved. From having bad experiences in the past I was preparing for quite a battle over getting this fixed. When the manager called later that afternoon, he simply said ""no need to discuss this further, we're going to take care it""... and I am happy to say that today Reines followed through on that promise. Nice customer service!
