They have a very high employee turnover. That says something about a business. My main gripe is the wait time. They are always late for pickup and time in the store takes an average of 35-45 minutes even tho I rent from them semi regularly.. Ít seems they are always understaffed. Time of day or day of the week doesnt seem to matter. I rent from them every few months and most of the time the cars are ok. More than a few times they tried to cram me in a tiny car when I had reserved a Standard size. [Im 6'4" and simply dont fit in most of the cheaper tin cans.] Counter staff is ok but there is rarely more than 2 in the store.
