John was great as always, he has excellent customer service, the only negative thing I could say was about the loaner car. The person who had it before must have had a dead body in the trunk cause it stunk, John offered another loaner the next day but my work schedule did not allow me to come and get it so. John was very apologetic about the situation and was sincere. It's hard to find people who treat you better.
