On Friday evening I noticed I had no hot water and realized I needed my hot water heater replaced. I chose A-1 American because I had seen ads on TV and they are a 24/7 business. The Tech that came out Saturday morning was Mike B. He went a got a new heater, came back replaced my old one and re-did pipes that were previously done improperly. He is a perfectionist when it comes to doing this work. He was extremely professional and just a great person to have working in my home. I felt very comfortable with him doing the work and when he was finished he completely cleaned up every thing. I would always chose A-1 American just because of Mike B. What a wonderful person.!!!\r
