I was new to Aspen Auto Clinic, as my car was under warranty until this year, and was wary about going to a new shop for car issues. I have VW and they tend to be expensive, so I was worried that I would be haggled into "fixing" things that are not needed. From day 1 I was happy with the service that I received, and that was just over the phone. Once my car was in their care, I received daily follow up calls from Matt to let me know what was going on. He explained everything so I understood it, even when cars are not my forte. I also appreciated that the prices he told me, were the prices I paid at check out. I would definitely recommend Aspen Auto Clinic!
