Rented a car from Enterprise, not the first time either, consider myself a exclusive Enterprise customer when renting, but this time the car was the dirtiest automobile ever rented. The drivers seat was so dirty, my wife refused to drive the car. When I complained afterwards, I was given a 2 class upgrade, big deal.\r
When I filled out the survey for Enterprise I dared them to contact me, but no one ever did.\r
Greatly disappointed in Enterprise, still waiting reply from corporate or anybody.\r
