I wish more people who have recently lived there would update the reviews... I lived there for a year and thought it was great. The staff was extremely friendly, the maintenance were quick if they were ever called out to our apartment and the management tried new things to stay connected with the tenants. This year she did a ""best Christmas decoration"" and you could win a gift card 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Quiet friendly neighbors and big spacious rooms! I loved the size of the bedrooms and the bathrooms, there was room for everything! It felt more like a home not an apartment. The only negative experience with this apartment complex is the parking but management did their best to stay on top of it. You cant help it if people who don't live there come to visit and park overnight in your spot ( I don't know HOW they missed all the signs) or when your neighbor parks there who knows its your parking spot. Things like that I cant blame on the complex although maybe if they were able to tow before the 24 hour time frame it would help or to write tickets but i don't think legally they can do either. I also feel it should be assigned parking not have to pay for a covered spot because my building didn't have but 4 uncovered spots and that also was for the building across from us. Besides the parking the experience was great!
