Our basement flooded recently during the ""great flood of 2014."" Our washer/dryer were under 3' of water. Called Doc's to check them out and serviceman was on time, professional, and most importantly, did not try to sell us service we didn't need. The price of the service call was worth it and was relieved we did not have to purchase new appliances.
