We had our heating and cooling system installed in August and were very pleased with the customer service we received. Everything went very smooth and we were kept well informed throughout the install. There was minimal time used for the install! Our family's time is precious to us and did not feel it was infringed on by the install at all. Infact, we hardly even realized the air was off for any length of time!
