Superior experience from initial phone call to completion of service. I was given a range of days and times to choose from; was called 30 minutes before the technician's arrival; the problem was quickly identified and resolved; the price was very reasonable; and the technician (Nigel) did not leave until the door rollers and hinges were thoroughly lubricated - completely eliminating an excessive noise problem that I had had for years.
