Not thorough! Felt like they just wanted to get out of my house and on to next job. My rugs were very expensive and not cheap. Wool and Silk rugs. Rugs didn't smell fresh found places where they missed...very disappointed! Very unhappy! Rep started talking on phone and handed off phone to helper. I think is was a waste of money. Will never use this company again!
