Really nice staff - no complaints whatsoever about the people. The website is terrific and well set up.
That said, I was charged an $89 service fee for nothing. I called about my carpet that the dog chewed from up against the tile, and was asked the questions about the size of the area and given a quote. Based on what I told them over the phone, they said they could stretch the carpet to cover the area. They had a same-day appt available so I took it. The service person showed up on time and was friendly, but when he looked at the damage, I was told it would have to be patched and could not be stretched as was estimated by phone. The dog had chewed away only 1 inch, but she had pulled up the carpet from underneath the mesh further back. I did not have any carpet to patch with that would match, so I was left to either pull from a closet where the carpet would look different because of different wear (yes, even after shampooing), or do nothing. That'll be $89, please!
Apparently the company owner does not negotiate on the service call. I could have probably called other companies for an in-person quote for free.
