I felt very comfortable - I have always had my husband take my car to a mechanic because I was afraid if I took it in, I would get charged for things I didn't need or told I needed work done that didn't need to be. I think John and Bill are very trustworthy and didn't feel like I had been taken advantage of. Thanks!
